gira ingiustamente come progetto minore, nato dalle registrazioni di the voice of midnight, ma in realtà the ughs! è un grande disco dei residents, uno dei migliori degli ultimi anni – pari o forse superiore a the bunny boy – una perla tribal-sciamanica, primitiva, diversa dalle opere precedenti dei residents eppure ricorda i vecchi dischi dei residents. metto qua due pezzi brevi, ma il meglio lo danno in quelli lunghi.
